ABOUT ME
- I began my softball journey in the Delaware County area at age 8, playing for NSPL, and by 10, started private pitching lessons with
Courtney Hankes McGovern. I joined various teams over the years, including the NSPL Rebels and Chaos, before becoming the starting pitcher for the Delco Rage travel team, where I led the team to numerous victories. In high school, I was the starting pitcher for
Marple Newtown High School's team, earning First Team All Delco and All Central honors. As a senior, I was named Co-Captain.
- I continued my softball career at Elizabethtown College, where I was the starting pitcher for four years and became the third most successful pitcher in program history, with 43 victories. In addition, I received multiple honors, including:
Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week and Team MVP.
- Outside of softball, I am passionate about fitness, especially after realizing the importance of fitness and nutrition during my athletic career. I provide personal training alongside softball coaching and have over six years of experience in CrossFit coaching. My certifications include: ACE, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Kids, and USSA Weightlifting.
- I have been recognized for their business achievements, receiving the Annual Small Business of the Year Award from SCORE in 2019, and the SCORE Business of the Year Award in 2020 from the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.

During my private pitching lessons, I start by evaluating each pitcher to assess their experience level. For beginners, we cover the fundamentals, including:
- How to grip the softball
- Wrist snaps
- Body mechanics
- Foot positioning on the mound
For more experienced pitchers, we focus on refining fastball mechanics and introduce various pitches like the change-up, curve, screwball, drop ball, and rise ball. Lessons also include drills to improve accuracy and speed, along with video analysis for further development.
